Derrick E Beverly, a Indiana native, graduate of Johnson & Wales University has been in the food service industry for over 36 years, trained in classical French, International and American regional cuisines. Derrick has appeared as a guest Chef on the island of St. Lucia, Orebro, Sweden and Toronto, Canada, and many states from cost to cost in the US. While working as a Chef Instructor in Louisiana, Derrick was featured on the Cooking Channel in the reality series “The Freshmen Class”. Derrick has obtained several professional certifications via the American Chef’s Federation. Throughout his working career, Derrick has worked in all facets of the industry and former proud owner of small business. Paul Spadora, a Southern Louisiana native, acquired a passion for food early on, cooking breakfasts for the family as a kid. During his education, Paul worked at several New Orleans hotels and restaurants, including the Royal Sonesta Hotel as a Tournant under Chef Charlie Bartell. After graduating culinary school, Paul left New Orleans to travel Europe and landed in Garmisch, Germany where he cooked traditional Bavarian food with side trips all over Europe to taste the local offerings. Paul has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe, Africa and Thailand, all of which has enriched his own personal culinary style. Making his way back to the States, Paul still had the passion for learning different cooking styles and lived in Colorado, Oregon before making his way to The Last Fronteir.
