Yukon Bayou was derived from the love of Louisiana roots and Alaska living. The two states are from different ends of the country but are similar as for being a “Sportsman’s Paradise.” Great Seafood and Wild Game! From crawfish to salmon and alligator to bison, we wanted to combine these two food cultures and have the best of both worlds. We have based our menus on this thinking by using traditional dishes with a twist. Just a little “Yukon Bayou!”

Yukon Bayou Salad- Our signature salad composed of seasoned mixed greens, Alaska salmon, spiced roasted yams, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions with Cajun croutons and a Bayou Tabasco vinaigrette.
Seven Sided Salad- A modern take on the classic Cobb Salad – Seasoned mixed greens, tomatoes, sweet peas, bleu cheese, roasted balsamic portabella mushrooms, boiled eggs, and spiced roasted yams, red onion and Cajun croutons with our house honey creole mustard dressing.
